Given my responsibilities managing a global team across APAC, the UK, and the US, I believe my current compensation does not adequately reflect the scope and complexity of my role

There are roles that do not match the responsibilities and the management level. We need to find ways to fix roles that are doing 2-3 FTEs and align those that are in management levels but have been doing multiple higher-level responsibilities for several years already.
