What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid time offers great flexibility and focus on work-life balance. Stock options would be nice but they meet a good percentage of your 401k contributions. Fair healthcare coverage.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My base pay should better represent the years of complimentary experience I have based on my position. In particular, I have significant experience serving higher education (public sector) and SaaS (public) sectors.

You rarely run into a negative attitude as people truly seem happy to be working.

Work-life balance and the focus on individual success. Management is focused on you meeting your goals and helping you get there. They are fair, patient, and understanding as many of them have been in your shoes.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoy panel interviews as most successful sales people should. Lexis gives you the opportunity to showcase your know how and industry related skills through a variety of eyes.

The ability to interview in multiple stages with multiple different managers. One manager saw what I had to offer while they other didn't. The one who did hired me. That offers applicants a better chance to make an impression.

It's self-paced in sales. You drive out of it what you are willing to put in. So as you work harder you get more out of it, but you are able to give yourself breaks too.
