I am not clear on advancement in the company and have not seen opportunities for growth within the data enrichment team of AI legal ratings. However, the importance of the work which I contribute is seen and I feel appreciated for my job performance.

Work life balance is good. Salary is low and benefits are not great. Work is interesting most of the time. People in my org are intelligent and friendly. Management is constantly making decisions about the products that don't make sense.

They need to understand how the Gen AI products work, what lawyers do/how they would use them, stop approving overlapping projects and projects that are pointless, and ensure that data science groups aren't working on problems that other groups in DS have already solved.

Clearer & more consistent Comm' and transparency around our strategies (short to long-term). Concerns about (mid) managerial effectiveness, inconsistencies in how rewards are handled. Strong push to adopt AI but insufficient critical perspective, resulting sometimes in accepting mediocre outcomes.

Leadership should demonstrate that staff are valued. Frequent redundancies and the lowering working conditions have created a stressed and insecure workforce with heavier workloads and very little time or mental capacity for innovating and collaborating beyond what is required for day-to-day work.

Based on view of other companies retaining legal professionals for the same AI rating and reviewing, hourly rates range between 50.00 to 100.00 per hour, setting the minimum pay at approximately $125,000.00 per year on the low end. Lexis currently places pay at approximately 85,000.00 per year.

I would feel better about my compensation if it were higher. I would feel more valued if management would listen to feedback, particularly feedback about the product and product goals, and make decisions that are consistent with what a practicing lawyer would want from the product.

Greater attention should be given to internal pay equity, as compensation for new hires sometimes exceeds that of long-tenured employees in similar positions. Salaries and bonuses in my business unit are not aligned with the group, not aligned with market benchmarks either.

Management is great. Subordinates are great. However, middle management that just wants to assign work they don't understand, complain about subordinates without training them (because they can't), and not check work because they don't know how to do it waste lots of my time.

Driving the expectations from the top. Not just paying the lip service. We are NOT customer value focused. There are no such metrics used in any key decisions (eg, capex planning, release planning, etc). It's mostly about revenues and even those are not checked retrospectively. It's all guess work
