What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our leadership team struggles with a long term vision for our product. Product Development takes the easy way out and builds products it can build instead of what the marketplace wants and will pay for. Because of this, there's a lot of friction within the exec team that trickles down to the staff.

They need to listen to the market. The product suite we have in LNIP is weak and when you speak with prospect and customers it's clear we aren't keeping up with competitors. The products need to develop quicker. We also need to be able to sell across the whole suite.

I appreciate the existing incentive structure, I believe there is an opportunity to further strengthen it, particularly in recognizing strong performance and contributions. For example, last year when the Singapore marketing team exceeded expectations by achieving 140% of the marketing target PoS.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have responsibilities and skills above my pay grade but because I was hired in at a specific level, I can only continue on the same consecutive level of promotions and pay. I know from research that I could be paid much higher at another company for the work I'm doing.

The employees in Hong Kong need to grow up and manage conflicts as adults. People tend to gossip and badmouth when dissatisfied with small things. Adults talk and resolve issues together.

1. Higher diversity (the diversity is relatively low - you don't see many non-white faces in the leadership team) 2. Keep only the essential town halls and review meetings. The current number is far over the communication necessity. It's formalism, exhausting. Too much time spent on making PPTs.

The strategy isn't really clear. How are we planning to get where we want to go? The poor financial performance of the company isn't just sales' fault. For clarity, I don't work in sales. To improve, the SLT need to focus on their departments rather than trying to manage each others.
