Recognizing the needs of our particular business unit and how they are different from the rest of the company. Treating employees like people and not numbers. Realizing that retention in our particular field is vital to our unit's long-term success. Stop putting level 1 managers in the line of fire.

We need more (any) ability to promote great people instead of seeing them leave for other opportunities where they get paid what they're worth. We also need to reward ALL members of a team for their hard work on projects when appropriate, not just the non-management employees.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers that come into the office are kind and helpful. My coworkers that work remote are distant and pretty inactive. While my manager is a great person there is a serious lack of "team spirit" or "bonding". No one seems interested in being collaborative.

I feel half our team is motivated and the other have is just here collecting a check. I feel top performers need more accounts as we are proven year after year to carry the load anyway. Pay us more to take on that extra work. We welcome it and would for sure deliver consistently.

My coworkers across the Globe should have more initiatives. Understandably, we are working as a shared services but I think it would make the work better if they take tasks forward instead of everyone acting as an executive/boss and pass all the work underneath

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are severely understaffed and over worked. It is impossible to deliver the quality products we need to deliver under the current circumstances. Quality should matter more than metrics. Improved training for new hires - mentoring. Local management that understands and doesn't simply speak well

Define the roles and responsibilities of the team. I'm always exhausted even if I wake up in the morning when preparing for work.

the onboarding process was an absolute nightmare. Very beaurocratic and dealing with automated processes. I also HATE work day - the software is very clunky. Simple tasks are extremely complicated - like how to claim travel expenses. The layers of management are a barrier to making changes.

The objectives for this year in terms of savings are a lot. It would be hard for employees to meet this, especially if projects rely to other divisions to be prioritized

Corporate leadership has killed morale. Our division is great, my immediate colleagues are great, I care deeply about my work. I LOATHE the administrative burdens and horrendous corporate environment that has been shoved down our throats.
