The sales VC is good at 100% but the recent aggressive increase in goals makes it difficult to get to 100%From 24 to 25 there was an over 20% increase in goals & the same from 25 to 26. Why are sales expected to grow at a more aggressive rate than the business. Reps sell more to make less. NotFair

We need to STOP coming to the office by force, as this has created a negative environment. If I'm not out seeing clients, I should be at home, working uninterrupted and effectively. The previous hybrid model of 1 or 2 days at the office, was more conducive to our productivity.

We have not released new Intelligize products and as we are salespeople, we need an influx of new products to sell our clients every year. The AI that has been released is not as good as it should be.

There seems to be a shift in the company that is not being shared with the employees. The pay scale is not keeping up with competitors. Upward mobility for someone in the field currently is limited if not obsolete. All recent hires are from Core.
