our local HR is does not care about us. They no longer conduct FGDs and we no longer have touch base. I raised a concern with our local HR and local HR did not do anything. Our mgt team lacks many things. We often complain about it but nobody listens.

The amount of work is more than the amount I am getting paid. For the De Minimis Allowance why do we need to reach 2 years before we can get it? At some companies it is being given day 1 of their employment and why is it not balance in terms of De Minimis allowance team member vs Supervisors and up.

We are all for automation projects and cost-saving initiatives, yet we still are heavily relying on tedious work of monitoring and tracking via MS Excel, which can be done via Workday functionalities. However, the company seems to be adamant in procuring additional functions of Workday.
