Our district is not good with morale and we get no incentives. Where are blockstar bucks going? It would be nice to motive the district with some incentive pay. he wants a lot but nothing to motive us with and he does not take care of his employees. 06611.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
To have an interview and not just an email to do onboarding.
What are some of the best things about your team?
As co worker we help each other with our knowledge at time of need, because management has no clue on taxes.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and motivation within our district. We had no communication during tax season. Did not know if I was going good or bad. My status were never mentioned to me. Our manager did not speak with us and our DGM would not talk to us at all.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have none. I had to use my sick pay hours to cover for my quarantine because I had no short disability that would by for my time not being able to work and had not clue on how to enroll because this was never an option to me.
