Not to be biased and partial. Dm is incompetent. Office leader get paid for doing nothing

They need to get better at actually leading and not being mean to people. I want a leader not a boss to boss me around and say degrading things to me when I don't do things her way. My office leader actually called me dufus one day.

The best part about my compensation is that I get fair money for everything for all the work I do. The company gives equal compensation to the rest of the employees.
