They want alot of work out of you just to buy you less.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are forced to overcharge clients and accept low pay. The company runs away with the profits.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get better at actually leading and not being mean to people. I want a leader not a boss to boss me around and say degrading things to me when I don't do things her way. My office leader actually called me dufus one day.
