As with many jobs there are always perks to it, but in my opinion I would have to say the best would be that it allows me to work full-time, and stay on top of things at home. This is an employer that does NOT punish you for having a family.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is only seasonal work, hence the no compensation.

Informing employees about policies. Taxing my check at 25% because my taxes were prepared by you. Even though they were supposed to be free.

They don't pay you for holding multiple positions, i.e. social media specialist and office manager and marketing. Managers are expected to do too much in a short time period.

The most positive part of this employer/environment is that it is comfortable, and relaxed despite the crazy days. No one in the office is trying to throw anyone under the bus to get ahead. Again teamwork all the way!!!
