The most positive thing about working at planet fitness is working with my team members.
During our monthly meetings our managers always make sure to tell us what we are doing good on! They have also written personal thank you letters to all the employees. Very thoughtful.
The members are truly the greatest part
When I first joined as a member, I saw all of the signs stating, "non judgment", but I felt that i would believe it when i saw it. Well. I did. within my first week of working out, I realized that those statements were not just flippant slogans. They are true to life.
Work on building people up instead of tearing them down
The team needs to have a meeting and everyone should hold hold the standard to we are all on the same level so we should all have the chance to speak and be understood at an unbiased level. That way we can be all on the same page . we could maximize productivity.
