it was not too drawn out
My last manager was much more in tune with hiring and keeping business first.. my new management only hires individuals that they know and are friends with.. if they don't get drunk and play video games after work they're not getting hired
The Manager was awesome and very direct.
It felt like I might have found a place I wanted to work at, however what was presented to me and what I recieved was completely different.
Review from Operations Dept
The interaction with the hiring manager was the best part because they were able to get a chance to know me better upon being hired
The personal aspect to it.
learn lots of new thing and productive
The questions were well executed and done professionally by the hiring manager i was hired on by. Witnessing how its been done by others is a bit concerning. I guess i got lucky with my entry timing. Many hiring managers have taken process too lightly and ended up with unfortunate team clash
Felt welcomed and easy to conversate with management.
Was told I was getting paid more than what I actually do was told I'd never be left alone for an overnight shift.
My previous manager made me feel comfortable and appreciated
The person who did my interview they were positive they just seem like an overall happy person in general which made me feel good and comfortable
Review from Customer Success Dept
How fast it was to get hired.
I thought I would connect with the team because I was a member and really liked how they worked together.
The manager seem to be very passionate about the motto, and seemed very eager to maintain a judgement free building.
The automated system made it easy.
Shes so desperate for staff youll probably get hired on the spot, at my location at least
Over all positive vibes and listening
Review from Sales Dept
Relatively straight forward and simple
The quickness and positivity my GM showed.
Screening for creeps and weirdos who make coworkers uncomfortable
to actually interview people. i didnt get interviewed
Make the questions more blunt
Picking better candidates and interview carfefully plus background ckecks
There was an overall lack of communication through the process and I was expected to memorize a long and complicated document in only two days, which is unreasonable and unrealistic for most individuals
The interview process was fine
More professional behavior in management
there is no interview. your hired
Keeping the positive impression past the interview process and into the job. My interview was awesome.
Keep your schedule pay your for training and start you sooner
Managers did not sound inviting or interested at all, once someone called to see about a job and AM told her "if we were interested we would've contacted you" very bluntly
Review from Customer Support Dept
Minimal information was given, management did not seem very greeting
It was fine i guess
I got an interview right away, then they told me they would contact me the next day but never did so I texted the manager and they ignored me until a few months later they texted me asking if i still wanted to work there and i said sure and then it took over a week to get all my paperwork to work.
Review from Sales Dept
have a better manager who actually cares about health, fitness, and treating their manager in training with some level of respect. Not belittling them when they are going above and beyond their responsibility and picking up slack for the manager.
Actually interviewing your potential staff members and not forgetting about them.
Try paying hard working employees
More detailed and more serious
try getting a new manager
Review from Sales Dept
Need to be more honest about what the job entails
