My last manager was much more in tune with hiring and keeping business first.. my new management only hires individuals that they know and are friends with.. if they don't get drunk and play video games after work they're not getting hired

You actively make deals and information consistently and almost seems like on purpose sometimes and it obviously leads to a lot of incidents where people feel ill-informed because not only is some of the information not concise but it's presentation is also kinda suspicious quite often, (misleading)
