We all work as a team to make sure we all complete our tasks smoothly. We communicate well. They are very upbeat and positive. We get lots of praise from guess about how much of a great job we do.

My team is not a team at all and the managment team are possibly the worst people to talk to no real guidance or support or encouragment .

Be willing to act as a team

Everyone need to be on the same page. It unfair how certain individuals get Privileges.

Less gossiping and more workimg together

If everyone would do their jobs, things would be a lot better!

Those not in a position of authority need to be less condescending and KIND. Efforts to help as a team is lacking, bad attitudes and passive aggressive behavior along with attitudes of being good better than others is totally negative. More selflessness and less selfishness needs to happen.

I simply told an employee that talking about going on a four day bender wasn't appropriate at the front desk and then was degraded by my boss the very next day. this employee had been blatantly disrespectful towards myself and would embarrass the company speaking that way
