very minimal salary increase upon becoming a manager.

Their transparency, their drive, their ability to motivate the team and recognize and reward success, and their innovative mindset.

Fantastic collaboration, everyone is passionate and talented, our team members are all good at different things making us very dynamic and balanced.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
HubSpot values each and every employee and they show it through benefits, vacation time, perks, new policies. We get back in benefits what we put in in time, and that feels like mutual respect which is wonderful.
