Our leadership team does what's best for the business, but not if it means sacrificing what's best for the employees.

Hubspot hires great people and it shows. My teammates are some of the highest caliber people that I've had the pleasure of working with. Their work is top-notch and their mentality is positive and growth-focused.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's entirely inclusive and seeks to include others. Those two things aren't always hand-in-hand, so it's nice to see that not only are we happy to include everyone, we spend the energy to check if they want to participate.
What makes you most happy at work?
Autonomy, the ability to give it my all in the way that works best for me. It's extremely satisfying to see the results of what you've put in by yourself, with maybe a little help from others. If it goes well, you know that you did it yourself, if it goes poorly you have a great learning opportunity
