I like that our interview process simulates client interactions as a sales person to determine if you'll be successful in the Account Management role. With that, you can also gauge if the candidate will be a cultural fit internally.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It is completely based on appearance and charm. You meet with between 4 and 6 people during your initial interview, where you are judged on your clothes, your physical appearance, and your tenacity and it's applicability to sales.
