Out of touch with what offices look like, operate like or what businesses look like. Holding AMs accountable for their actions (Mostly lack of actions). Continuing to only reward AMs not pros. Ams needs to learn what Pros are being taught.

Making decisions based off of who is good at their jobs, not based off of who people like the best. Also, separating work from personal life, insight global doesn't need to be your personal and professional life.

Looking after their own employees. This year has showcased a neglect on internal employees being paid out appropriately and on time. While the executive team always makes a push to have our contractors paid accurately and without delay, it is not the same case for internal employees. Disappointing.
