started my journey as intern in jan - 2014 . Through out this time I can firmly say that company knows what are the goals and what are the priorities .Also company knows the difference between goals and priorities that makes leaders to visualize the future very clearly

Pay grade / scale should be based on the positions . It should not be as fixed / average number hike each year .
