What does the leadership team need to get better at?

appointing sufficient team member in a team

Everything. They are just busy in politics.

Being professional, showing up, not focusing on their own development but on those they lead.

Understanding the role an how the job is to do. Ask what the barriers to success. They need to know who is cheating to get their work done and prevent it or stop them from continuing.

To listen to each individual employee carefully and not show any bias

Managing projects appropriately. Better wages.

Training is the key, the onboarding recruiters are not trained to do their job, I have to do everything and ask them to do it for me. They left me alone to figure things up on my own.

Ms office, Tally, Ms Word, excel,

Highly political, lack of leadership skills and guidance. Now scope for new comets with industry experience. Those who are incapable work here for 20+ years and have the way. There is no HR process, Diversity is an eye wash. Anyone can put any allegation without any basis. Career goes for a toss!

Fairness in pay structure. Annual reviws never completed as laid out in schedule

The company is always on profit for the last 3 QoQ and 2 YoY. Still, the percentage of the hike is 2- 4% max. Why it is so?. They grab the work and not at par of salary is matched.
