I didn't like anything besides the technical. The technical interview was simple and straightforward. But I saw that I got lucky because apparently you're supposed to be interviewed by a group of software engineers. Why? Interviews should be simple and straightforward, not an immigration process.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

The host company (3M) was assumed and the interviewea did nothing to discourage the thought until after I accepted.

Interview has no relationship to the work executed. There are certain people in the company who simply reject candidates without valid reason resulting many open positions that are filled in end of fiscal in a hurry
