  • On-site health clinic, daycare & gym. Greenhouse. Café. Juice & coffee bar. Gold & silver. 401k, healthcare, dental & vision.

  • The regular medical, dental and vision. Also short term and long term disability, life insurance and a 6% match on 401k. However, the best benefit that Overstock offers is the work/life balance with a 9/80 schedule, the ability to work from home as needed, an on-site physician, gym, daycare, and greenhouse. They have a total balance program that helps with your physical, mental and emotional well-being. Finally, they offer an employee assistance program. All of these benefits I have utilized and it has helped me stay healthy and grow not only professionally but also personally too.

  • An on-site health clinic. Café, juice & coffee bar, gold & silver investments & a lot more good ones.

Great question - Layoffs are happening as I type. They hire brothers, friends and family members of senior leadership, pay them hefty without looking at their contribution and expect employees to dance around on their stupid non-sensical strategy & decisions. Trimming the fat should happen at the leadership level before they get to lower layer. Sad to see a brand dying with incumbent leadership.

  • They have had two major layoffs since January. Pathetic

  • Layoffs happen every year at every company. The thing about layoffs that people always fail to mention is that they're typically based on performance. No one lays off A players. Like literally any other company, don't do a bad job, and you won't get laid off.

  • Great. We get students to intern for long periods of time & occasionally hired on full-time.

  • The internship program is a cut above the rest. Not only is it an internship, but also a mentorship. The company cares about the future of its interns and wants to help them achieve their goals. It is very interactive with activities outside of work. Housing is provided if needed and we hire on many of our interns to full-time positions. There is so much to learn by being an intern at Overstock but the training, communication and other skills that you learn being an intern at Overstock are skills that you will use throughout your life not only professionally but also personally.

  • Great. usually interns get hired full time after their internship.
