My Manager made up a lie to make me leave the Company after working there for over 7 years. Promotions are only done if your in the click!!! or know someone to promote you within. Customer's scream and yell at you all day. I'm happy that I no longer work there. I'm sure that I will be happier.

The website doesn't disclose the delivery timeframes properly, always gives a estimated delivery date that is computer generated. The Company hides a lot of details and policies that are hidden and you have to dig for the information.

The leadership is too focused on making small changes and focus too much on hourly sales reports. They struggle to see anything big picture or long-term focus. If it can't be done in 6 weeks, it's never going to happen. They struggle to do what's really needed to grow the company.
