Everything. Taking responsibility and start firing themselves

Everything from training, checking facts, taking suggestions, providing support for employees ehen they need help.

My Manager made up a lie to make me leave the Company after working there for over 7 years. Promotions are only done if your in the click!!! or know someone to promote you within. Customer's scream and yell at you all day. I'm happy that I no longer work there. I'm sure that I will be happier.

Sticking to an established plan

The executive team has no vision or direction for the retail e-com business and has clearly moved on to focus on their unprofitable, failing blockchain pipe dreams. Absolutely no stability on the retail side of the business.

Seriously the most backwards leadership team. I don't even know what advice to give them because they make mistakes whenever possible. No one is willing to speak up when the company is about to make a mistake, so they end up getting disastrous results.
