My Manager forced me to leave the Company after working there for over 7 years, she made up a lie! Very unfair practices. Promotions within are only with certain groups unless you know someone within the Company.

The company needs to be on the same page with their rules and training practices.

Was treated poorly and the compensation is not worth all of the suffering and terrible management.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The Company needs to be able to let you dispute and turn in Managers that lie and make up stories.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The Company needs to improve with the people they hire. The pay per hour is very unfair, and they don't take into consideration your past experience.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The website doesn't disclose the delivery timeframes properly, always gives a estimated delivery date that is computer generated. The Company hides a lot of details and policies that are hidden and you have to dig for the information.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My Manager made up a lie to make me leave the Company after working there for over 7 years. Promotions are only done if your in the click!!! or know someone to promote you within. Customer's scream and yell at you all day. I'm happy that I no longer work there. I'm sure that I will be happier.
