They are great about offering flexible work schedules and willing to adjust if things come up that you leave work early or come in later.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The leadership is too focused on making small changes and focus too much on hourly sales reports. They struggle to see anything big picture or long-term focus. If it can't be done in 6 weeks, it's never going to happen. They struggle to do what's really needed to grow the company.
