
There is such a large diversity between teams. My team is great, but other teams are awful.
Wasting money on trips around the world for a select few, parties, and concerts while they lay off hundreds of people.
Seriously the most backwards leadership team. I don't even know what advice to give them because they make mistakes whenever possible. No one is willing to speak up when the company is about to make a mistake, so they end up getting disastrous results.
The company laid off 200 people, then gave an executive a half million dollar bonus. Meanwhile, most people are making less than industry standard. Executives are so well paid, it "evens out" to above market rate, but low level employees do not make fair money.
