We work in small teams very well and those teams work well with other teams.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a strong emphasis on collaboration and team work. We have some of the best and brightest colleagues at Overstock!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very experienced and strong leadership team. This had been a weakness in the past for Overstock, but the current leadership team is the best it's ever been.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very competitive salary and great benefits package. Awesome campus with onsite cafe, gym, health care, day care, green house, insurance package is competitive and 401k is amazing. Could use a better equity sharing program, but overall the comp package is excellent!
