I liked that the interview included a practical aspect, even though I work in a field that does not have many practical interviews. The interviewers were responsive and respectful of my time through the process.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel as though the leadership team appreciates me in real, active ways. I am always given access to the tools I need and I've been very positively reinforced for taking the time to have dialouge with leadership.
What makes you most happy at work?
The best part of being at work is a sense of value from the work I do. I do not spend much of my time talking to co-workers or goofing off because I feel that my work is important. It's satisfying to have a purpose at the office.
