It was great a few years ago, it has become very corporate and less unique over recent years. Continues to be a great place for the right fit employee.

My immediate team is very close knit and genuinely cares about each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being able to be my authentic self at work is the most positive thing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The corporate philosophy on compensation has changed over the years and as less stock grants have been paid out, my compensation is significantly (over 30%) less than it was a few years ago. When I've tried to address this with my manager and People Ops I've been told "those days are over".
