The people at HubSpot are incredible. The underlying culture has remained unchanged through out the years

I appreciate the transparency of the leadership team at HubSpot. They've led us through very uncertain times from remote work to the AI wave.

They are innovative and show a genuine concern for their employees. They go out of their way to ensure we have a culture of understanding and collaboration.

Working together with my team to deliver tangible customer value. Seeing the happy faces on customers (literally and through the data) gives me a sense of satisfaction

We hire people from diverse backgrounds who add to the fabric of the company. The openness and transparency makes it easy to look forward to coming into work every day

The teams that I work with are filled with highly effective, empathetic people. You don't feel like a cog in a machine, instead you feel like a valued team mate
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For employees that rise through the ranks internally, compensation continues to be a pain point. Often times it feels like 2 Years HubSpot experience is worth more externally than internally. Luckily the growth opportunity and benefits make it worthwhile
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone here is hard working and incredibly diligent. It encourages me to push the bounds of my own contributions. At the same time growth and learning are emphasized at every stage, so I feel comfortable taking risks and investigating decisions made at every level.
