that I not only receive a fair salary but have good insurance, paid leave, travel miles and stock in the company

that they actively seek out to work as a team and value all members opinions and suggestion; they dont devalue or treat anyone insignificantly
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
that there are rule and procedures and protocols put in place to make it a safe non-threatening enviroment without feeling harrassed , or discriminated against
