Whatever coworkers do is based on company ethics which leave a lot to be desired.

Communication and consistency. Everyone being on the same page

Coworkers need to speak up more, but culture discourages this.

We need to get back to caring for the customer and actually show a desire to be beneficial to our customers, quit being so nonchalant, especially to customers that use discounts. We tend to treat spenders better.
