The co-workers that have went through the training and have the knowledge and not a DEI hire are all very like minded in working for the customres and have the cistomers best intrest at heart. Not a hire to fill a seat and is unqualified to be there

Whatever coworkers do is based on company ethics which leave a lot to be desired.
Communication and consistency. Everyone being on the same page
Coworkers need to speak up more, but culture discourages this.

We need to get back to caring for the customer and actually show a desire to be beneficial to our customers, quit being so nonchalant, especially to customers that use discounts. We tend to treat spenders better.
