What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Running an airline into success

Knowing what their employees want. Extremely out of touch and they know it, even playing into it.

Everything to work as a team

Learning how to manage human beings

a moral compass to start with.

Flexibility. Time and geographically wise. No point on not offering home based as a permanent option for some departments

Following through on anything related to fixing the operation. Treat non-Union employees better. Look at facts rather that the preconceived and deluded narrative that they want to be true.

we need a CEO who can speak like a professional and otherwise lead the airline in the right direction - compareed to Delta, American has taken an enormous nose dive in customer service which for decades was not the case

Ethics and a conscious. Not to be driven by bonuses

Communicate information better to staff.

They need to be more supportive of employees.

Treating employees like people and not machines

Everything and empathy for employees. Human kindness for one!!

Communication with their staff memebers

Compassion and rewarding to all level employees

increase human value in your decision making, tq

Leadership in work place environment

Being human and realize metrics are killing the companies reputation and will backfire. Agents are not numbers but people and stop overselling flights and putting agents in horrible situations while you sit behind a desk and calculate your metrics

Leadership is only concerned about upward mobility at all costs. They do not care about their subordinates.

Less cost cutting more revenue generation
