What needs to change to make the company culture better?In truth, if seventy percent of the management disappeared tomorrow, I don't think anyone would notice. Nor would it affect the operation at all. We can go whole days without seeing any of them while they have meetings and not only is the atmosphere better, but things get done more efficiently.
