American Airlines Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The dental and vision coverage.

Review from Operations Dept

amazing, truly wonderful travel benefits

100% psychiatric and 5 therapy sessions are covered.

Flight benefits, good healthcare options

The obvious being flight benefits. However our healthcare, dental and vision are all great. I've never had an issue with coverage or acceptance of plans by local providers. Not in DFW so in an out-station.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The best part is the flight benefits.

Pay and benefits are excellent.

Flight benefits when not oversold

Flying benefits and travelin benefits

401k Matching and health benefits.

Review from Sales Dept

Fair and very competitive salary

Review from Operations Dept

Medical benefits free travel for self and family

Flight benefits, but health insurance isn't great

I am very much satisfied with my compensation package

I have a mid to high pay range for my job position.

It's OK no issues here

hard to say these days but I would have to say travel

Health insurance is good compared to spouse.

i get that health insurance and some money

401K, health and flight benefits

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

This airline is competing for last place

Company pays far below their competitors, but boasts profits, thanks to these employees.

Being paid a fair market price

If the pay would be better, this job would the dream job

Salary increase on a more competitive scale

Compensation was great. Working is more than compensation for me. Working is adding value to an organization and doing meaningful work. Work meetings were constantly being canceled and there was a lack of clarity on tasks from management.

Company goes to great lenghts to make sure you know you are replaceable.

basic + fixed commission only, no discounted ticket price, no kpi, no night shift allowance, no shit + increasing workload

Inflation wages to be paid to emp

Rewarding for hard work. Recognition and room for advancement

need more and better representation with the union. lots of staff turnover.need to pay at least 15/hr with better and more timely raises. we work hard!

People at Chic-fila and McDonald's make more than we do.

AA does not oay a livable wage. Overtime is mandatory. Zero flexibility in shifts. Zero work life balance. I took this job to be oart if my life. It be my life. Supervisors are condescending, and petty.

Raises on a regular basis

Due to union contracts pay is set but there could be other compensation that is offered like free positive space tickets.

Flight benefits for all employees whether your a vendor or not

To be paid when i board the aircraft and for delays

I make $11 at a field station.

Pay is about 10-20% below the educational level wanted for each position.

Flight attendants often don't get appreciated enough and the CEO doesn't see the value it should
