I love how compassionate they are and the benefits but when it comes to doing my job, it's so stressful, embarrassing, and annoying. There's so many useless updates that just make doing the job harder. It's hardly worth it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being able to perform my job reasonably would help.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Kind interviewer but there were so many repetitive and ineffective questions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is very understanding, compassionate, and helpful. Not all of them are like that AND helpful. I've had a few different interactions with leadership and it's inconsistent. But much could be learned from my coach.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There's a huge issue with how this company FUNCTIONS. We're trained to treat customers well in our attitude but the actual structure of this company is god awful and desperately needs work. It's so difficult to perform our jobs well and as expected that it's embarassing. kindness can only do so much
