Great company, achieved a lot, learnt a lot, earned a lot, got a lot of recognitions, trust & respect from colleagues and customers. I like every bit of it, limitless opportunities to learn and grow further. Unfortunately got very bad manager (Executive Director) in a recent reorg.

Culture and environment of integrity and passion for excellence

Solving tough problems for the customers, helping colleagues to solve tough problems, finding innovative solutions

They are very agile in making changes to the organization to adapt to new business realities
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Though it is very limited, RSU is the best part and the most valuable of my compensation
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company offers some level of autonomy in the way to achieve a task. Usually there are no micromanagement.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hardwork, expertise, experience, loyalty, flexibility, sacrifice etc.. are undervalued. Hype, noise, bargain etc.. are valued and take the fair share from deserving employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very good in helping each other when required. Team has good mix of different experience levels. Senior employees in the team are always approachable.

My team members are very committed to produce the best results for the company. They are very much customer centric; they actively listen to customers and strive to provide the best solutions possible.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving external and internal customer issues quickly and efficiently. I get happy and excited when presented with tough problems that could not be solved by others. The satisfaction and happiness you get after solving tough challenges are very high
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It appears like leadership team is in the middle of the pressure from higher management to increase the operating margin at the same time pressure from the lower-level employees that they are not able to pay at a level that they should (or want). Best in class products & people are the key.
