Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Low salary increment, even promotion

Even as a high contributing employee you can go years without receiving a promotion. Although there are incentives like bonus and stock, those are taxed highly and you have to be here for a while to reap the benefits. It should be reflected in base pay as well.

Would be great if those compensation changes/promos can be done in timely manner. Company values employee's good performance by productivity and essential work done, but sometimes doesn't realize that those factors can depend on the motivation of compensation changes/promos which happens in time.

The compensation structure and philosophy is quite outdated, inspite of recent attempts to modernize it. Range penetration is below 50% on average.
