Great company with very nice perks. Have appreciated the management team and feeling like I was part of something bigger. Still maneuvering the reorg and new system but enjoying the challenge and ever-changing environment.

We are a global organization and celebrate the diversity in our company. Have different ERG groups that help to increase our opportunities to expand our knowledge and network. Synopsys does a good job of creating a positive environment for employees. Local events to network and meet staff.
