Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Provide incentive plans for the jobs that has all-round impacts of the products besides directly engaging with customer's sales, eg. foundry certification.

undervalued because the managements is tells the team upfront that we can leave the company any day and they can easily find replacement ( not just to me but to every member of team)

The company should offer more choices for medical coverage. Now, it's one HMO (Kaiser) and the rest are HSA plans. The stocks bonuses (RSUs) are OK, but the base pay is not as competitive as in our EDA competitors and other hi-tech companies overall.
