When I arrived 7 years ago, this place was old fashioned, with leadership that was stale and unwilling to innovate. In the past 3 years we've made a huge shift, bringing in executives with modern ideas and ways of doing things. It's made this a fantastic place to be!

Pay scale is low comparing to the market.

A reassessment of salaries to align with market trends. I have team members that are very low in pay penetration for their job level and it's quite hard to significantly increase their salary level to align with market norms.

Company should pay more to the employees who contribute more to the company, but it feels like there is a too much manager's decision and personal emotions involved when evaluating employees. My manager keeps employees in check who are superior than him, which makes people less motivated.

To change work atmosphere, definitely manager should be changed to a person that communicate and manage people well. It's getting better, but all the troubles within the team were triggered by manager. Also I would like local HR to be more attentive whenever issue was brought up.
