People are generally helpful with a few anomaly exceptions. People are very passionate and engaged.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's a good balance of equity and standard base/bonus compensation. The ESPP discount and lookback are additionally nice.

Extremely engaged and willing to collaborate and listen. They want us to drive insights and work versus simply execute their ideas.
What makes you most happy at work?
The quality of the work my team completes. They don't take shortcuts and make decisions based on what's right for the business and will push back appropriately if we're doing something that wastes time or effort.
