What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary & bonus. It would be nice if bonus is attached to OKR so people are mor motivated to deliver results

I perform above my level and am not compensated for it.

They under recognize long term employees, stuck in a salary plateau. I think they should equally invest in old employees as they do in their new hires.

I see that my pay is at least 40% less when compared to my existing market value. Salary increases in this half cycle(June-2024) will make me feel better.

I feel with my years (22yrs) of service and commitment along with excellent reviews and internal customers dependance of me ,should equate to better compensation, as mine is close to the same as brand new employees in my position.
