What's the company culture like at Newfold Digital?

The culture varies from department to department, but mostly the company itself tries to promote a positive work place and treats its employees well, with many events and Holiday parties. The company itself has a great structure to keep employees happy. Only if management of the lower level would follow that way of thinking it would be a better place to work.
13th grade. Very childish from leadership. You will be micromanaged. They watch your bathroom breaks.
The culture is different in every department and every office. They say: open door, teamwork, respect, listen to one another an learn, treat customers and one another with kindness and care, do the best job always. Strict attendance policies tardies. There are no raises for general staff. There is talk of having fun, but little of it. Web.com does give back to the community.

Web.com provides somewhat costly insurance, stock options, 7 holidays a year, PTO earn as you go based on seniority/use it or lose it, and a huge Christmas party too big to really enjoy. They also offer free lunch in some satellite offices, Friday free lunch in Drums, PA only.

If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Newfold Digital?
I would take most of the supervisors, about 85% of them and either train them better or get rid of them.
I would make sure that when putting people in management and supervisor positions that they are qualified and given a code of ethics that are to be followed. Most of the management started on the floor but they so not know a thing about how to manage a team in a professional manner. Its unfortunate that a few rotten apples spoil the bunch. Its hard to have a good attitude when your leadership doesn't.

Chained to my desk but after hours my time is mine.

Frantic and pressured.

This is not a mentally stimulating or challenging workplace. This is a repetitive job at almost every level.

They don't. 4 years making the same money. My commission structure went down 20% over that time.

How innovative is Newfold Digital?
Needs some help as far as innovation.
How innovative is ENDURANCE GROUP, INC.?
The core business is not, from a software perspective. They're moving from an in-house solution to a off the shelf solution, which never goes well. (Additionally, the particular software is horrible.) The ARMtech branch, however, is highly innovative. They're using modern web technologies, Node.JS on the backend, and developing all their solutions in house. If you can land a job there, and don't mind Texas, take it.

They do have flexible hours and can be accommodating dependent upon your supervisor and available PTO.

It is difficult to get a promotion. When you become a supervisor you get off the phone and there is no pay increase.
