
The core business is not, from a software perspective. They're moving from an in-house solution to a off the shelf solution, which never goes well. (Additionally, the particular software is horrible.) The ARMtech branch, however, is highly innovative. They're using modern web technologies, Node.JS on the backend, and developing all their solutions in house. If you can land a job there, and don't mind Texas, take it.
