Coworkers should be straightforward in raising their concerns. They should talk by following the proper channel of communication.

Numerous instances of coworkers lacking integrity but there do not seem to be repercussions for actions after reporting to leadership. Coworker does not know material but leadership also does not so they do not know that coworker is not doing their job or how to check for it.
