Great people and interesting work. Terrible communication and unrelenting frustration. Product goals shift constantly and editorial is underresourced. While we have unlimited vacation, project schedules are not adjusted. Generally, I have to work my "vacation" hours before and after I am out.

I've worked for a lot of Ed Tech companies and this is, by far, the best company I have worked for. Leadership is strong and transparent. Teamwork is evident and constant. Talented people all around me. So much support from my manager. Lots of perks that remind me of my value at CA.
