Provide more top down communication from leadership. Often there are MONTHS that go by and we hear nothing; nice to be informed about initiatives, updates, and how specific regions in the company are doing. Work balance has improved — sharing ideas to keep our customers loyal (especially in the tough times)

Depends on your business unit, department, and place in the hierarchy. It's not horrible, but it's not fun either.
